Mama Bear left today. Hopefully she had a nice mini holiday.

Before she left, however, we had another busy day. Did some damn good housework first thing, then walked into town along the river to have a coffee and cake in Patisserie Valerie. Ashmolean and MAO before walking back home again. We were still enjoying the walk and the river so we carried on further than home and went via Iffley Lock.

Tea and toast at home before I dropped her at the station. I got home just before the boys, who were returning from their camping trip. Thankfully they weren't muddy so didn't ruin the cleanliness of the house. I made mac and cheese for them (and myself) and spent the evening trying to stop Graham falling asleep mid-sentence.
