Starving

After swimming I was hungry so this was my lunch. This is not a veggie cafe and I have to ask for no dressings or butter and they are very obliging. They do make fresh juice and this is a carrot juice. I am still off coffee after the juice reboot and combining juice and food.

That's hump day over and cold too.
