Ice Cream?

What should have been a nice ice cold desert transformed into lemonade after an undesired electric pause in the kitchen.

Not only a strange sight, it's also weird to see how it's fluid content is not even 70% of the same fluid in frozen state.

Anyone have an explanation?

Ps, Of course I know ice expands, but so much?
