Pale ale

Enjoyed a couple of pints of a local natural pale ale to wash down an Italian bean stew at our local pub. Earned after eight hours scratching away at window frames preparing for painting. Scaffolding tower up tomorrow to tackle the exterior of the first floor windows. It feels never ending right now ...

Chichi free-ranging today for first time. I thought she was not in the hen-house this evening but then discovered she was virtually underneath Gertrude. Snuggled up together!
