That was the time on the clock as the first runner in this Boys and Girls 14 and under Race at the Canterbury Road Champs today ran the 1st kilometer in. This was a 3k race and very fast,some of these kids were running in the low 11 minutes. I caught up with Jessica and her parents this afternoon and was pleased with Jessica's run. Because there were so many kids in this race at least 50 they delayed the senior race.
