Cardross Discovery

Today has been the first time since moving here 10 days ago that we got out and about exploring what was nearby. Same old issues with accessibility at times but otherwise such a lovely walk through the graveyard, down by the beach, round by the tennis courts, the park and in and out of umpteen lanes.
A bit worried about my chances of using the tennis courts as they are very inaccessible. Quick chat with the coach through the fence and he tells me they will be building 2 more courts and making it fully accessible within the next year. Great news!
Cardross seems to have an incredible Scottish history of major significance and I look forward to discovering more. Rounded it all off with Sunday lunch in the local pub.
