SUNDAY WALK

Piet Hein did his sunday walk early and went to the sky walk and took pictures from the height of it.
Mischa and I walked just a bit later, after coffee, and headed eastwards along the Weser. The weather changed all the time but that was ok with us.
We took all kind of pictures, of tiny creatures and the like.
I am delighted to see the bees entering the balsamine flowers, head first and next to it, they come out with their behinds first. At the entrance they often like to fresh up themselves.
On our way back, a different route, Mischa discovered a beautiful butterfly and took a lot of photos and guess what the last one be her blipfoto.
The walk seems not too long, but in the end it is longer than one expects it to be.
Back home lunch and a nice rest on the balcony.

My haiku:

Have you a secret
To share with me? I asked her
At that she nodded

And the proverb:

To shoot Niagara.

(= attempt desperate adventure)

1867 in Carlyle, Shooting Niagara.
