this is the old belgrave hospital for children by oval tube - now converted into flats, as is the way of such things.

i caught the lovely gold mosaics of the entrance in the evening sunlight on my drive home from work.

i got home to find the old wc and bath in the skip outside. the plumber's gone home and hasn't connected up the new ones and didn't give me any notice - as is the way of such things.

so, no kitchen or bathroom or running water and no idea yet where we'll be staying tonight. got to do a bit of calling around...
