Linocut Horse

Day off today and for once the forecast was fairly accurate.Despite a very murky start to the day it brightened in the afternoon only to be followed by some very heavy showers :-(
Decided to blip my latest linocut which I was working on last weekend.
I have been fascinated by the prehistoric cave paintings at Altamira ever since I had maternal DNA analysed and I found I was a descendant of Velda's Clan who lived 17,000 years ago in North West Spain and who might have viewed these cave paintings at Altamira being produced :-)
