Landshut Bridge opens officially

As part of the vital flood prevention works , anew bridge was built over the River Lossie. It was designed as an iconic bridge and named after Elgin's twin Bavarian town.
Now Elgin has a flood prevention scheme thats working ahead of completion and a smart bridge
