Woolly...

...today Autumn came. It whooshed in with great gusty aplomb accompanied by leaky clouds.
It was time to unleash the woolly goodness. Not the full on scarf wrapped around three times or even the jumper or bunnet, but just a light comforting second skin on the extremities to keep the nip out.
I knitted these last year (or the one before) but no doubt will be making more this year..best way to keep fingers warm..keep them busy!

Friday doesn't feel very Fridayish without P...he can't come home this weekend. Looks like I'll be knitting this weekend then, luckily for me, knitting naturally goes well with cake and wine.
