A Day

A day of weddings, I swear - this party caught in the rain, the first of 4 brides and grooms we saw today in our travels.

Such a nice day though, walked downtown and had coffee with good food at a new place that feels like Europe and we westerners of US hunger for that kind of feeling. Then a wonderful collector art store sadly going out of business with 70% discounts so a pile of those came home.

AND do see the film A Trip to Italy with Steve Coogan and Rob Brydon - their riffs on actors and all the ad lib plus the Italian countryside as they cover the miles between amazing hotels and meals is beyond priceless. I want American TV to be like BBC - ha ha fat chance!
