Someone likes peanuts!!

The nuts have been untouched for weeks but the blue tits were back today. It made me check the ball and decide that they need a fresh supply. Interestingly there were a number of earwigs amongst the old nuts, not sure how they got in there.

A busy day. B picked the apples off our tree and prepared the damaged ones for the freezer. We will do the rest over the next couple of weeks as they don’t store well.

I used some for an apple and strawberry crumble this evening. We don’t often have pudding / dessert these days, so a good opportunity for a change.
