Nasturtiums

Went for a run tonight. Much better than Saturday’s run and no allergy/hay-fever type reaction afterwards. I still can’t work out what caused that, and I guess I may never know.

Had my second mindfulness session at work today. I now have something to read up on mindfulness, so must find time for that.

Another blip famine – though if I had had my camera with me on my run I could have had a lovely sunset . Luckily I had popped out to the garden while I was making BB’s tea. We have had lots of nasturtiums this year – all self-seeded and then transplanted. These are in a hanging basket that is starting to look a wee bit straggly. I think it looks better large - you can see the definition better.
