Quick Blip

This is a quick blip before we pack our cases for our holiday. I tend to avoid taking garden birds at the bird feeder nowadays preferring to capture them in the natural habitat of the surrounding trees. However, I thought this juvenile goldfinch looked rather splendid among the curves of the top of the feeder though it does rather remind me that the bird feeder maybe needs a lick of paint.
