Last year I bravely started a “tradition” - to do a SP on my birthday. So here is #2! I’m not wild about this picture —but it’s kind of how I look, lines and all...just as it is :-) Had trouble finding someplace where my glasses wouldn’t turn dark in the light and then the focus was trouble so I focused on this rock which happens to be on top of the compost bin (so the raccoons don’t get the top off) —I wasn't planning on any hands in the picture but here they are, (they are important) :-)

Once again, I just don’t know what has happened to 74 years! Today was a perfect quiet day - a little walk, a little row in the beautiful sunshine with H , and LUNCH OUT at the Sea Blush Cafe at the marina (Yummy fish tacos and salad)…messing about a bit in the studio and with this picture…I feel so fortunate to be here!! Everyday taking care of this body with a bit of exercise (could be “work”), taking care of a bit of our planet, learning something new (not hard with blip!) and doing something creative— works for me. Not a very social person, I have to say I am looking forward to birthday meals with treasured friends and family after we are back in Seattle next week.

And Salmon dinner on the grill tonight! A fine day!
