Well Newhaven I suppose to be accurate, I heard someone who lives in this block refer to it as Alcatraz, and it is an island in an estuarial position , it is isolated and near a large urban centre, butI love the look of this and its location. Judging by the house values I would not expect the conditions to be as Spartan as a cell in prison. I was staying nearby while Assisting my son with the big move today to the Capital for Uni. his rooms are a bit closer to Alcatraz style conditions , i.e basic but I am sure he will make the most of it.
