Hillsborough Oyster Festival
The 20-somethingth Oyster Festival in Hillsborough, NI. The guy in the salmon won for about the 7th year in a row, the two Americans either side managed 140 oysters in 3 minutes but the winner had 208! Which wasn't even his personal best.
