Rescued

Our office and shop are located on about 20 acres in a rural area. We are loaded with critters and we have lots of gopher turtles. This little guy must have lost it's way as he traveled from a safe spot over our asphalt driveway to the front of our office building. If he had not been spotted he would have either got flattened by vehicles or made a snack for some of our flying predators. I moved him to the back field where if you're not careful you could fall into the many gopher holes out there. Hopefully he will fine and grow up to be one of the big guys.
