Market Day

Market Day, so it must be Tuesday, or is it Tuesday so it must be Market Day.

After a relatively early start we made it down to the market by about 10:30. Several fairly minor purchases including a basil plant which should add a herb to our salads over the next couple of weeks.

A pause at the bar for a morning aperitivo before returning to the apartment for lunch on the terrace, with a few basil leaves of course.

Dinner at the local pizzeria in the evening.
