Taking a Walk

I took some advice from a Blipper today. At lunch time I just went out for a walk to clear my head (so many things going on at the moment). Of course I took a camera, found a composition I liked and took the shot.

Technical: All that you see was captured in camera by shooting through the seed heads of nearby thistles. Oh, and despite the focal length saying 200mm this was in effect a hand held 540mm capture due to the crop factor on the Nikon v2.
