Glowing beauty

This tree just coming in to leaf in my friends garden. So beautiful but she doesn't know what it is. Can anyone name it for me.
Well this morning we walked in the fog but sun came out later. I have spent another day helping my friend and came home about 4.30 and attacked my lawns. Great feeling to have them done but gee am I exhausted. I wont be doing much commenting tonight, I think it will be a hot bath and bed.
