The fool on the hill

A Trip down memory lane

This camera always appealed to my love of simple things. Great lens. No batteries. No rangefinder. No fiddling with apertures and shutter speeds.
A roll of HP5 and off you go - or went.
I gave my first one away to a girl in a fit of ardour. She didn't appreciate the gesture (what could be more romantic?) and I soon regretted getting rid of it - especially when I found out she was two-timing me. Talk about double exposure...
I found this one at a car boot sale a few years back. I think it cost me a nice and simple two quid.
