Lonesome Mallard

Very quit over my lake this morning, the geese seemed to have all gone couldn't find one, also couldn't see any of the swans, all that were there were ducks, coots and moor hens.
There was this solitary Mallard just swimming around near the bank when all the others were in the middle of the lake.
