First Time Voter

Daughter cast her first vote today. We met her when she returned from school and we all went to the polling station together.

I must admit that I was not convinced that 16-17 year olds should be given the vote however I have been surprised at the level of interest that they have shown and how they have listened to the debates and made their own decisions.

Reports have suggested that this group are more likely to vote no.
