The votes are all being cast ... and the camera crews are waiting... Edinburgh is like Anchor Man world at the moment. Everywhere you turn there's someone in a suit making bland speeches into camera, filling time before we have a decision...

It's too close to call. Whatever happens, half the population will be unhappy tomorrow morning. I just hope that everyone can accept the outcome and can continue with making Scotland a great place to live...
