A memorable day...?

So 45% of our friends north of the Scottish border will be unhappy today - and 55% will be celebrating the retention of the United Kingdom!

Will this day remain crystal-clear in people's memories, or will it eventually fade into the distance like this photo? It probably depends on what happens next.
