'Marley' from next door

You've seen this cat before. It has started to hang around at our place quite a bit. I am assuming it is a 'he' because it ranges from next door, through our garden, across the road etc. I am also wondering if this is why our Maggie is not nearly as upset as she generally is with other cats. Perhaps she fancies him? She growls a bit but not nearly as much as the spitting horror "Mrs Puffball" she usually turns into whenever another cat comes within a mile of our place. The cat has even ventured inside and she didn't go too crazy. I am calling it Marley but as Dave says, it ignores me cos that's not actually its name.
