I thought it was time for the classic shot. This is lunchtime. Laura is eating a mix of cherries and a banana with a sliver of avocado. She prefers putting the spoon in her mouth by herself. She actually never opens her mouth for me, so we will carry on with the messy eating. Fortunately it's getting warmer.
Today was also the first tone that she offered the spoon to me. The gesture was as sweet as the food she was eating. I would have hugged and kissed her, but something stopped me in tracks.
