The Warren

On a Saturday morning I like to walk the dogs around the forest on Caerphilly mountain known as the Warren. There are remnants of old industrial activity here, quarries, lime kilns, rail tracks, etc. But mostly we like it because it ends at the Mountain Snack Bar, where a bacon roll is shared.
