Down to the Scotland United Anti-Racist Rally at Ross Bandstand. Listened to the speechifying which was mostly OK and there was a good atmosphere. Being an oldie I gave the march a swerve (but the laddie went on it) and instead went up the gym where I can get a seat while I exercise.
