Last Rose of Summer

Tucked away in the corner of my garden I came across this last rose. It looks a bit weather beaten and worse for wear but it still has a strong scent and vibrant colours.

In a way this reflects me. Hard year, bit down trodden but still stuffed with colour and plenty still left in the tank. Not so sure about the scent though.
