Lost

This is what I look like after one of my 06:00am runs ;-)

In reality this poor little mermaid has lost her owner on Bruntsfield Links. I hope someone comes back to collect her. I spotted her when walking home from work this evening.

The big news, however, is that I have finished the first draft of my report so now it has been passed on to colleagues for their comments. I hope that they appreciate that I was at my machine at 05:00am today to ensure that I met my "I'll have it ready by the end of the month" deadline.

Exercise today: walked to work and back (2 hours). The morning exercise routine was abandoned in favour of report writing.
