Autumn in the City

The time of year has come again when I'm unlikely to be home in time to catch a sunset, so there are likely to be a few more 'Out of the Office Window' photo's ahead!

My little Fuji x10 camera was a great buy. Compact enough to carry anywhere but with plenty of manual controls and new things to find. Makes getting shots like this easier too!

Last day at the office tomorrow until Tuesday as we're heading to the Lakes to stay in Little Langdale. The forecast is pretty dreadful! Gale force winds on Friday, so getting on top of mountains may be off the agenda sadly, but we may get lucky on Saturday (currently forecast hail and thunder, but it's a few days off yet...)
