abandoned

Our ward moved today. No that isn't the removals lorry you can see! We were in temporary accommodation but have now moved back to our previous ward, all nicely renovated. I went to have a look around the old ward to see what I could find. I was considering sneaking in there tomorrow to try to get a 'derelict' shot but alas its all in too good a condition to look that derelict. In the past abandoned wards were good sites for some 'urbex' shots but nowadays the turnover is too quick. The decorators are likely to be in tonight and the area will be in use for something else within a few days.
I'm always intrigued by what gets left behind in such moves. This room had just the face mask and lorry abandoned on the floor.
