boiled fruit cake....

i have just made this fruit cake to take away this weekend. It is an old recipe that is so easy- all in a pot to mix, and never goes wrong. I took one last weekend- it disappeared quite rapidly......Yes I am away this weekend too. rest of the year very quiet..... Now to get some packing done/batteries charged while it cooks.
