Mount Assiniboine morning

We've been up here four 4 nights. First two were in the Naiset huts which are very basic camping cabins but with a fantastic cooking building where they provide everything you need. Big farmhouse tables where we all sat around over dinner and wine ( got to love the new tetrapac wine for camping!) meeting people who have hiked in some incredible places. Second two nights were in one of these cabins which were lovely, all with this view, comfy beds and duvets. The lodge is a classic log building and the food.....perfect! Our daughter has had the dream job working here for the summer. It has been one of the best little trips we have ever done..the hiking us phenomenal in all weather, the lodge, the people and of course the staff are amazing! Tomorrow we do not have the luxury of flying out.. we're hiking out for 27 kms but it is mostly downhill!
