Coq au Vin

Here's the Coq au Vin I made for dinner tonight. It's the first time I've used boneless thighs and I think it turned out pretty well.

Hoping Gracepoint, debuting on Fox (ahem) tonight, turns out to be as good as Broadchurch was. I'm not holding my breath...
