Black Headed Gulls attacking the bread I just thrown in to the pond, I managed a few shots before I ran out of Bread.

My guys have all returned from the layoff that was imposed on the works, only two have given in their notices, the rest are in the process of getting back in shape for the task ahead.
We have a return to works program for the manual workers that they have to adhere to to prevent them from picking up strains and sprains from brick packing and setting.

We have a few gremlins in the machine still but after 3.5 months we expected that so our maintenance are working through the problems and we are making bricks and filling the dryers.
It's good to be back to production.
