Could this possible be our Boss?. Yes it is

This is Alepher Banda, our boss in Malawi, without suit or high heels, helping out in the pump factory in Luwinga, Mzuzu.

Recently I brought her a quote:
You can do anything , but not everything, but it seems she wants to prove me wrong.
Here the boys have taught her to make the valves and she is drilling the holes using a bench drill.

With a little help from Wells for Zoe, she graduated as a nurse last year and has shown great loyalty, coming back to help us out.

This is certainly not on her job spec, but she certainly is adding to her skill set each day.
