Llareggub

Another beautiful sunny day here in Pembrokeshire. A rather brisk wind, but not cold.
This is the very picturesque harbour of Lower Fishguard which was used as "Llareggub" in the (1971) film of Dylan Thomas's 'Under Milk Wood', starring Richard Burton, Elizabeth Taylor and Peter O'Toole.
The film Moby Dick (starring Gregory Peck) was also filmed here in 1955.
In 1797 a force of 1,400 French soldiers landed near here - making it the last 'successful' invasion of Britain - but they surrendered two days later!
It looks rather nice viewed 'L'arge.
