Unhappy meal?

After taking Morven to the hairdresser this afternoon, she, me and her buddy S went for a meal in the Reading Courtney food court.

The advantage of food courts - large open seating areas surrounded by several competing and distinctive food outlets - is that if Mum want to eat Thai, Dad fancies a salmon teriyaki, and the kids want what kids want then everyone can be happy.

Of course what the kids want doesn't usually resemble food from any nutritional perspective and Dad can't really enjoy his salmon teriyaki for feeling guilty about not making the kids eat sushi and iced water...grrr...modernity eh!
