The View from the Rialto Bridge

We had to get off the ship today - boo hiss! So we made sure we went down and got our last meal before we got thrown off....

J&G dropped their bags off at left luggage before helping us to our hotel and enjoying a quick drink with them before they headed to the airport for the next part of their epic trip.

We then went a circuit of Venice on the Vaporetto and did a bit of exploring before trying to find the restaurant that I wanted to take M to - after finding it and discovering it wasn't open we went another wander where yet another bird pooped on me!!! What is it with birds and me on this holiday?!?!?

Anyway the dinner was lovely and the red beer was pretty good too!
