Obelisk part deux

I thought it looked un peu gallic, or perhaps it's Blackpool?
Now just got to get the plant in the middle to grow up it.
It's some kind of evergreen woody convolvulus so if it's anything like its white flowered cousin it should be at the top by Monday week!
Thinking of Blackpool, I had better get the solar LEDs out and string them up the legs.....
