More Boston Creeper

I've been wondering for a while how to create a gold background so have been playing with radial blur and layer styles. I think it works, but I know I can improve on it now I have sorted out roughly how to do it.

All these leaves came off the same plant, and all within a few inches of each other (I got them by leaning out of the bedroom window as it was raining very hard!)
