Château Otard

The venue for tonight's dinner, in the vaulted cellars of Château Otard in Cognac, which also makes one of the finest varieties of the world's most famous brandy. Just a pity that the food won't be served before 11pm at the earliest. Not sure how I am going to make it through the day tomorrow.
