Meg Feast

This afternoon we took a trip over to Metheringham to check out the Meg Feast an annual event that they have in the village every October.
Plenty of stalls and entertainment going on including a fun fair behind the pub and Bands playing on the back of a truck base.
This shot was taken in front of the pub showing the crowds enjoying the atmosphere while one of the bands was on stage. As you can see from this shot some of the locals dress up for the occasion in old Victorian outfits .
If you look in the corner of the shot the pub even have a model of some one emptying the bed pan out of the window so mind where you stand ;)

Back home now and going to enjoy a few beers myself .
