A belated Birthday Blip (up up and away)

It's been a bit frantic this week, but me and Riot couldn't let Blip's Tenth Birthday slip past without making some sort of attempt to wish them well. Unfortunately, it was a bit windier than we expected.

If only she'd had the sense to let go of the balloons... last seen somewhere over the Fourth.
