Jim Harrison - Thornbridge Brewery

Jim is the owner of Thornbridge Brewery one of Britain's best craft beer breweries, based here in Bakewell.
I'm putting together a film to promote the Inspired by the Peak District brand and show what a great place to do business the Peak District is.
We were talking about big breweries and what Jim referred to as their 'Crafty Beer' not the authentic craft model that he and so many independent breweries use but how they have jumped on the band wagon and sell a sub standard product in the increasingly popular craft beer market.
