Historical Marker

This is one of 3 historical markers near the North Carolina/South Carolina boundary. We live less than 2 miles north in North Carolina, my native state. I thought this marker about the division of the land to establish North and South Carolina might be interesting. North Carolina has many such historical markers throughout the state, and the State publishes a booklet listing them all. I've always thought it would be an informative (and huge) project to photograph all of them.
